Our standard collection of stone items is fully customizable, and we also bring our clients’ custom designs to life. In addition to our stone offerings, we are proud to be resellers of a carefully curated selection of soft and other furniture. These pieces are thoughtfully chosen to align with our signature style and perfectly complement our stone range.
Where are you located and do you have a showroom?
We are based in Tallinn, Estonia, where all our stone products are proudly crafted. While we don’t have a showroom yet, our entire range is available for purchase through our webstore or by contacting us directly.

What services do you provide?
We offer designer furniture tailored for both residential and hospitality spaces. Alongside our own exclusive stone collection, we also resell a carefully curated selection of high-quality furniture. For bigger orders we offer project pricing.
How can I inquire about your services?
We are available during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You can reach us by phone, email, social media, or through our website via chat or contact form. All contact details can be found on our contact page.
Are your services customizable to specific needs?
Our stone collection is fully customizable, allowing clients to adjust dimensions, material, and edge processing to suit their needs. We also create bespoke stone products, crafted entirely according to our clients’ specifications. Additionally, some of our soft furniture pieces can be customized by selecting from over a hundred fabric options, a wide range of wood finishes, and various seat or back material choices.
What payment methods do you accept?
Customers can purchase our products directly from our webstore using various payment methods. Estonian residents also have the option to pay later or in installments with ESTO and MONTONIO. Additionally, we offer the option to purchase via invoice, with a 50% prepayment required upfront and the remaining 50% due upon completion, prior to delivery.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Occasionally, we offer special discounts and promotions – about our campaigns we inform clients through email and social media channels. By subscribing to our mailing list, you’ll receive a 5% discount on web orders.
Is there a cancellation or refund policy?
For custom orders and those tailored to clients’ specific preferences (e.g., edge processing, material, fabric, or finish), cancellations and refunds are not offered. However, if a customer cancels the order before production begins, we can proceed with a cancellation and issue a refund.

Can I see samples of the stones you offer?
Since we do not have a showroom yet, we offer the option to send samples by mail (Smartpost). While the samples are free, the shipping costs (5–15€) are covered by the customer.
Do you provide stone installation services?
Yes, we provide installation services for dining tables, countertops, and other stone projects in Estonia, Finland, and Sweden. The price varies based on the product and destination.
What is the lead time for ordering and delivery?
Production time is typically 3–4 working weeks but may vary depending on the project and material.

Where do your stones come from?
Most of our stones are sourced from Italy. Natural stones are quarried from marble quarries, while engineered stones are manufactured in factories.
What is the price range for your stone products?
The price range varies widely depending on the product and material. Overall, our stone products are competitively priced compared to similar businesses.
Do you provide quotes or estimates for custom stonework?
Yes, to proceed, we need details about the project type (drawing or picture), dimensions, and the desired material.
Is there a minimum order requirement for stone products?

How durable are your stones?
Every stone is unique. Natural stone is more fragile and porous, while engineered stone is nearly stain- and scratch-resistant. Before purchasing, take time to familiarize yourself with the properties of each type of stone.
Are your stones suitable for outdoor use?
Only granite and ceramic are recommended for outdoor use. Quartz tends to fade under UV exposure, and marble is sensitive to UV and moisture. For granite and ceramic products, glued components may not withstand significant temperature fluctuations. However, if you use a glued ceramic or granite table outdoors only during summer and store it in a warm space during winter, it should be fine.
Do you provide warranties on your stone products?
Producers of engineered materials offer different warranties on their products. For example, if your material fades when it shouldn’t, the warranty provided by the material producer will cover it.

What should I do if there’s an issue with my stone order?
Contact us immediately if you notice any issues with your product upon delivery. Please note that issues arising later, such as stains or damage, are not our responsibility. However, we are happy to assist and offer solutions if possible.
